Album Notes & Community Reviews
Abandoning their reverb-heavy southern rock sound for something weirder, My Morning Jacket embraces psychedelia and reggae on 'Z'. Jim James' vocals soar over diverse arrangements, from the spooky 'Wordless Chorus' to the rocking 'Gideon'. It is their most adventurous and acclaimed record.
