Album Notes & Community Reviews

The incredibly intimate debut from the Japanese duo Nagisa ni te perfectly captures a profoundly hazy, heavily psychedelic take on folk-rock. 'On the Love Beach' relies heavily on Shinji Shibayama's deeply reverberating guitar chords and incredibly sluggish, slowcore pacing to evoke a strong sense of aquatic melancholy. It is a wonderfully delicate, highly atmospheric masterpiece of the Japanese alternative underground.
