Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the beginning of a highly fruitful, multi-album partnership with producer Hit-Boy, the legendary Queensbridge emcee delivers a revitalized, mature reflection on his legacy. The project successfully bridges traditional New York boom-bap textures with modern, polished production sensibilities, featuring a notable reunion with his former firm The Firm. It earned Nas his first-ever Grammy Award, winning Best Rap Album.
