Album Notes & Community Reviews

The innovative Dutch post-punk group returned with an incredibly sparse, mechanically driven record that heavily prioritized angular rhythms over traditional melody. Replacing traditional drum kits with rigid Roland rhythm boxes, '4our Clicks' possesses a distinctively cold, robotic urgency similar to early Wire or This Heat. It is widely considered one of the defining, intellectual triumphs of the European avant-garde rock underground.
