Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dedicated to the victims of the September 11 attacks, 'Motherland' serves as a sombre, deeply reflective exploration of American resilience and sorrow. The former 10,000 Maniacs frontwoman crafts a beautifully pastoral and poetic folk-pop record enriched by subtle global instrumentation and eclectic arrangements.
