Album Notes & Community Reviews

Releasing his third solo album, the former Slowdive and Mojave 3 frontman continues to distance himself from thick, shoegaze guitar textures. The recording emphasizes incredibly intimate, hushed acoustic instrumentation, occasionally supported by subtle violin and upright bass arrangements recorded live in a primary school hall. It serves as a beautiful, profoundly melancholic showcase of his mature storytelling and delicate vocal delivery.
