Album Notes & Community Reviews

Comprised of several leading female figures within the explosive London jazz movement, the septet issues a remarkably cohesive and groove-laden debut. The brass-heavy compositions seamlessly blend intricate modern jazz solos with the driving, syncopated rhythms of West African Afrobeat and classic soul music.
