Destrunken

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The German ensemble expands their melancholic, nature-reverent acoustic sound on their second full-length album, incorporating richer orchestral arrangements and cinematic post-rock textures. Deeply rooted in Nordic mythology and European folklore, the instrumental tracks utilize flutes, cellos, and violins to evoke dense, autumn forests. The record highlights a sophisticated evolution in their chamber-folk compositions.
