Album Notes & Community Reviews

Masterminded by producer Maurice Starr, this massive commercial breakthrough established the modern template for the boy band phenomenon. Driven by ubiquitous singles like 'I'll Be Loving You (Forever)' and 'You Got It (The Right Stuff)', the record seamlessly blended bubblegum teen pop with light urban dance grooves. Its unprecedented success spawned an international merchandising empire and fervent teenage hysteria.
