Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut album of D Double E and Footsie, and founding member Monkstar's last record with the group, arrived after years of pirate radio work and white label singles. Its lead single 'Head Get Mangled' pushed an electro-fuelled widening of the grime sound, and the duo took their name from Newham General Hospital in east London.
