A Tropical Entropy

On his debut album 'A Tropical Entropy', Nick León expands his self-coined "arquitectronica" sound by fusing experimental club textures with Latin American and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. The album synthesizes dembow, ambient techno, and breakbeats into a complex, pop-leaning soundscape that explores themes of decay, disillusionment, and psychedelia. Inspired by Joan Didion's writings on Miami, the production creates a humid, dystopian atmosphere that solidifies León's position at the forefront of the city's forward-thinking electronic scene.
