Album Notes & Community Reviews
Self-published via Bandcamp during her early lo-fi period, 'Curdled Milk' established Nicole Dollanganger's distinct juxtaposition of frail, childlike vocals against horrific lyrical content. The acoustic bedroom recordings delve deep into themes of domestic violence, body horror, and sexual trauma, wrapped in a deeply unsettling, sweet musical veneer.
