Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing her incredibly prolific, self-published Bandcamp output, 'Flowers of Flesh and Blood' further hones Nicole Dollanganger's distinct 'gothic folk' aesthetic. Utilizing exceedingly sparse bedroom recordings, her frail, angelic soprano delicately delivers shockingly grotesque, highly disturbing lyrical narratives heavily inspired by horror cinema and true crime.
