The album brought fiddler Johnny Cunningham, formerly of Silly Wizard, into the Nightnoise lineup of M铆che谩l and Tr铆ona 脫 Domhnaill with Brian Dunning. Its programme includes 'Fionnghuala', the Gaelic mouth-music song 脫 Domhnaill had recorded with the Bothy Band, reworked in the group's chamber-folk idiom.
