Album Notes & Community Reviews

Teaming up with legendary producer Bob Ezrin, 'Nils' finds the revered guitarist leaning heavily into a glossy, radio-ready pop-rock format. The record features significant lyrical collaborations with Lou Reed, injecting a slightly darker, urban narrative edge into the otherwise buoyant, melody-driven arrangements. It successfully presented a tightened, mainstream-focused evolution for the veteran rock sideman.
