Album Notes & Community Reviews

Relocating to New York and collaborating with prominent avant-garde musicians, Nina Hagen delivered a startling, wildly eccentric collision of operatic shrieks, dub rhythms, and abrasive punk rock. 'Nunsexmonkrock' is deeply informed by her esoteric interests in UFOs and spirituality, resulting in an unclassifiable cult classic.
