Album Notes & Community Reviews

Captured brilliantly by Steve Albini's stark, unvarnished recording techniques, this debut album heavily relies on silence and spatial dynamics. Nastasia's haunting, profoundly melancholic songwriting is backed by delicate acoustic strumming and beautiful, occasionally discordant string arrangements.
