Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to expand their raucous, high-energy R&B sound, the British pub-rock stalwarts enlisted legendary producer Glyn Johns for their third LP. 'Third Degree' retains the band's signature blues harp and driving pub-rock energy while subtly incorporating the melodic hooks of contemporary power pop. It marked a transitional, highly polished final statement before the group's initial dissolution.
