Album Notes & Community Reviews

A striking departure for the acclaimed French songwriter, 'Blanat' sees Nino Ferrer fully embracing heavy, English-language progressive rock. Accompanied by virtuosic guitarist Micky Finn, the compositions are sprawling, blues-inflected, and fiercely electric, abandoning his typical chanson stylings. It is a highly respected, deeply intense oddity within his expansive discography.
