Album Notes & Community Reviews

Created in the wake of the dissolution of her twelve-year marriage, Ramona Gonzalez delivers her most stark and emotionally vulnerable work to date. 'No Sun' strips away her previous funk-pop stylings in favor of sparse, grieving ambient pop driven by haunting vocal layers and slow, mourning synthesizers. The project functions as a deeply meditative, minimalist processing of intense personal loss.
