Album Notes & Community Reviews
Translating roughly to 'reprieve', 'Galgenfrist' is the third full-length output from the solitary Danish extreme musician Nortt. Characterized by the creator as 'Pure Depressive Black Funeral Doom', the composition emphasizes overwhelmingly slow tempos, sparse arrangements, and a suffocatingly bleak atmosphere.
