Comprised of a single, continuous 61-minute composition, Steven Stapleton's project simulates the claustrophobic dread of a legendary maritime mystery. The deeply unsettling piece is built entirely around the rhythmic, droning sound of a creaking ship hull, inducing a profoundly hypnotic and seasick atmosphere.
