Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Slowly We Rot' stands as one of the heaviest and most unique achievements of the early Florida death metal scene. Obituary relies on incredibly thick, groove-laden down-tuned guitars and John Tardy's horrifyingly distinct, unintelligible vocal shrieks to create a deeply ominous, macabre, and apocalyptic atmosphere.
