Album Notes & Community Reviews

In a profound cross-generational tribute, the reigning matriarch of the American folk revival interprets the rapidly expanding catalog of Bob Dylan. Odetta applies her immense, classically trained gospel-blues voice to Dylan's poetic compositions, adding profound gravity and historic weight to songs like 'Masters of War' and 'Don't Think Twice, It's All Right'. It is a deeply moving collision of folk music's traditional past and its vanguard future.
