Formed by Kim Larsen after leaving his doom metal band, this debut project explores deeply melancholic, acoustic folk music heavily steeped in European paganism and nocturnal nature worship. The hushed, whispered vocals and ritualistic strumming created a highly influential, atmospheric blueprint for the Scandinavian neofolk scene.
