Album Notes & Community Reviews
Will Sheff entirely self-produced the Austin band's sixth album, seeking a more chaotic, spontaneous approach to recording. Featuring twin drum kits and densely layered string sections, it is a noticeably darker, more cryptic, and violently passionate expansion of their indie-folk origins.
