Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning as the conceptual sequel and companion piece to the previous year's 'The Stage Names', this album completes Will Sheff's ambitious exploration of pop culture, fame, and artistic failure. The arrangements are deeply sophisticated, prominently featuring strings and piano alongside their frantic folk-rock intensity. It stands as a brilliant, literary achievement from one of the decade's most consistent indie rock acts.
