Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pivoting away from the jam-oriented space rock of their early records, the British outfit fully embraced massive, Sabbath-inspired stoner metal riffing. 'The Big Black' is a phenomenally heavy, unapologetically aggressive showcase of fuzzy power chords and sci-fi/fantasy conceptual themes.
