Album Notes & Community Reviews

Fusing ancient traditional instrumentation like the koto and biwa with sleek, modern jazz-funk, Osamu Kitajima presents a vibrant cross-cultural suite. 'Dragon King' operates as an upbeat, highly polished exploration of Eastern folk melodies integrated seamlessly into the lush, synthesizer-driven aesthetic of 1980s American fusion.
