The legendary Canadian jazz pianist Oscar Peterson applies his unparalleled virtuosity and incredibly swinging, blues-drenched phrasing to a beloved collection of holiday standards. 'An Oscar Peterson Christmas' features highly sophisticated, warmly arranged quartet performances, occasionally augmented by a sweeping string section.
