Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as another flawless posthumous collection released shortly after his death, this album proves Otis Redding's incredible consistency and power. 'The Immortal Otis Redding' is wonderfully happy and intensely passionate, matching deeply romantic, beautifully melodic Southern soul ballads with remarkably tight, horn-driven rhythm and blues.
