Album Notes & Community Reviews

A monolithic release in the history of French hip-hop, the Parisian MC's debut album elevated the genre with its profound literary ambition. Characterized by incredibly dark, jazz-inflected boom-bap production, Puccino delivers complex, deeply melancholic narratives regarding street violence and existential philosophy, famously earning him the moniker 'The Black Jacques Brel'.
