Following rapidly on the heels of their first release, this second independent cassette further solidified the band's status as heroes of the British free festival circuit. 'Tantric Obstacles' expands upon their sprawling, instrumental jam-band aesthetic, heavily emphasizing bubbling analog synthesizers, driving slap-bass, and complex, shifting time signatures. The strictly D.I.Y. recordings established a massively loyal underground fanbase completely outside of the traditional music press.
