Album Notes & Community Reviews

An overwhelmingly ambitious conceptual rock opera, the Swedish band tackles immense philosophical themes concerning the origins of God and the eventual self-destruction of humanity. Accompanied by a nine-piece chamber orchestra, the intricate arrangements fluctuate between delicate folk passages, complex progressive metal, and theatrical spoken-word interludes.
