Metamorphosis

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing their evolution far beyond their nu-metal origins, the California rock band's sixth album fully embraces arena-ready hard rock and sleek, 1980s-inspired glam metal aesthetics. The tracks are heavily reliant on massive guitar solos and Jacoby Shaddix's soaring, highly melodic vocal hooks. While met with a mixed critical response, the record proved the band's enduring capacity to craft radio-friendly modern rock anthems.
