Self-produced across fourteen tracks, Gilbert's third solo album moves between hard rock instrumentals and vocal power pop, including a cover of the Spice Girls' '2 Become 1' and the Mozart-derived 'Whole Lotta Sonata'. The playing draws on his Racer X and Mr. Big pedigree, subordinating shred technique to compact song forms.
