Album Notes & Community Reviews
Following the massive commercial success of his pastoral masterpiece 'Stanley Road', the Modfather returned with a distinctly rawer, more guitar-driven rock record. 'Heavy Soul' expertly balances gritty rhythm and blues with deeply melodic acoustic ballads, reaffirming Weller's status as an enduringly vital figure in British rock.
