Album Notes & Community Reviews
Signaling a major reunion for the legendary British folk-rock pioneers, this album marks the first studio release to feature all five original members since their dissolution a decade prior. 'Open the Door' gracefully modernizes their signature acoustic interplay and complex vocal harmonies while retaining the progressive, jazz-inflected approach to traditional folk ballads. The record served as a poignant, highly celebrated return to form for the influential quintet.
