Operating at the aggressive intersection of late-stage thrash and nascent death metal, 'Malleus Maleficarum' showcases frantic, technical riffing and guttural vocal delivery. The album attacks themes of historical violence and religious hypocrisy with a raw, relentless rhythmic intensity.
