Album Notes & Community Reviews

Adapting Ted Hughes's children's story into a sprawling musical narrative, the Who guitarist enlists a star-studded cast including Roger Daltrey and John Lee Hooker. 'The Iron Man' ambitiously merges theatrical pop-rock compositions with allegorical storytelling, though it functions more as a studio concept piece than a traditional rock album.
