Album Notes & Community Reviews

Curated for the legendary German saxophonist's 70th birthday celebration in Wels, Austria, this massive box set chronicles a multi-day festival of extreme musical dialogue. The recording features an international who's-who of the free jazz and avant-garde communities engaging in blistering, fiercely atonal improvisational battles.
