Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded across several dates in the American Midwest, this double LP serves as a bridge between Gabriel's early experimental solo work and his later global superstardom. While heavily overdubbed in the studio to correct recording flaws, the performances capture the intense, tribal energy and innovative use of early Fairlight synthesizers that characterized his early 80s stage shows.
