Album Notes & Community Reviews

The former Van der Graaf Generator frontman presents a startlingly sparse and intimate solo recording, handling all instrumental and vocal duties himself. Built around intricate acoustic guitar work and subtle electronic textures, the compositions tackle themes of loss, disappearance, and existential reflection. It showcases his enduring ability to craft deeply unsettling and emotionally resonant art rock without the need for a full band.
