Album Notes & Community Reviews
Drifting noticeably further away from the stark, pioneering gothic rock of his tenure in Bauhaus, Peter Murphy fully embraces lush, atmospheric alternative pop on 'Cascade'. The album highlights his rich, highly theatrical baritone perfectly against polished, synthesizer-driven arrangements. It delivers a mature, deeply romanticized collection of accessible rock anthems that heavily cemented his solo viability.
