Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning after a five-year hiatus from the studio, the San Diego duo's fifth full-length delivers their trademark tightly-wound, mathematically precise indie rock. The interplay between Rob Crow's bright, staccato guitar picking and Zach Smith's incredibly fluid, melodic bass lines remains the focal point, accented by their harmonized vocal deliveries. The album proves to be a remarkably consistent continuation of their distinctively clean and rhythmic post-hardcore adjacent pop.
