Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second studio album from the enigmatic internet persona is a jarring, highly conceptual pivot that bridges glossy dance-pop with sudden bursts of alternative metal. Featuring high-profile collaborations with Diplo and Grimes, the record explicitly tackles themes of gender fluidity and artificial intelligence. The aggressive heavy metal tracks at the album's conclusion signaled the massive stylistic shift that would define her subsequent career.
