Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Seattle quintet's debut album captured a lightning-in-a-bottle collision of jagged post-hardcore rhythms and urgent, emo-inflected indie rock. Driven by intertwining, angular guitars and Andrea Zollo's incredibly passionate vocal delivery, the release quickly became a foundational text of the 2000s post-punk revival.
