Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Delivering the Black' finds the German power metal veterans operating at peak efficiency, delivering heavily muscular riffs and soaring, Halford-esque vocal heroics courtesy of Ralf Scheepers. The production is notably aggressive and pristine, perfectly suiting their muscular blend of traditional heavy metal and European power metal aesthetics. It is widely considered one of the band's strongest, most consistently heavy releases of their later era.
