Album Notes & Community Reviews
Produced by Trevor Horn's ZTT Records team, 'A Secret Wish' is a remarkably sophisticated, cinematic triumph of 80s synth-pop. The German quartet utilizes cutting-edge Fairlight sampling and cold, mechanical rhythms to build a lush, deeply nocturnal, and slightly sinister electronic atmosphere. It is an intensely mysterious, rhythmically complex masterpiece that brilliantly bridges art pop and post-industrial aesthetics.
