Album Notes & Community Reviews

Making industry history, 'There's a Poison Goin On....' was one of the first major hip-hop albums to be distributed exclusively online via MP3 before receiving physical CD distribution. Chuck D's lyricism remains fiercely combative, specifically targeting the predatory practices of corporate record labels and the commercialization of hip-hop culture.
